Hello,
I just got this deck and tried to connect to FCP but it cannot see the deck.
The deck is connected to the front firewire port.
I went onto JVC's site and tried their troubleshooting but FCP still does not see it. I am a bit new to the MAC OS so I'm thinking there is something basic I'm missing. FCP sees my Canon XL2 fine using the same firewire cable through the front firewire port so I'm guessing it is some setting on the JVC.
Anybody have any experience with this?
Thanks,
Mike
